International Shipping

Please note that international shipping timelines can vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services in your country.
Important:
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Neex Adorns is not liable for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to incomplete address details
- Delays caused by courier partners
If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases where a package is lost in transit:
- A replacement will be arranged once the courier confirms the package as lost
- Customers must provide order details and relevant information for verification
